  • Absolutely! We offer a range of add-ons like custom backdrops, photo albums, social media sharing, and branding options. Just let us know what you’re looking for.

  • Yes, setup and breakdown are included in your package time. We arrive early to set up and handle all takedowns afterward to ensure a smooth experience.

  • We’re based in Savannah but can travel to nearby areas. Additional travel fees may apply. Contact us to discuss your specific event location!

  • With any package, you’ll get a gallery link to share with guests. Photos can also be shared instantly to social media when WiFi is available, or with our optional hotspot add-on.

  • Yes, we provide a variety of fun and themed props with each package! We make sure you have everything needed to create memorable photos.

  • Yes, we require a non-refundable deposit of 25% to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event. You can find more details below on our cancellation policy.

  • We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your event, please contact us as soon as possible. Our deposit is non-refundable, but we will work with you to find a new date if needed.

  • Absolutely! If you have a specific theme or props in mind, feel free to bring them. We’re happy to work with your vision to make your event even more special.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:

Thank you for booking with Picture Wagon!

We know plans can change, so here’s what you need to know:

1. Cancellations

  • 30+ Days Before Event: Full refund, minus the non-refundable booking fee.

  • 15-30 Days Before Event: 50% refund minus the non-refundable booking fee.

  • 14 Days or Less Before Event: No refund.

2. Non-Refundable Booking Fee

A 25% non-refundable booking fee is required at booking to secure your date.

3. Extenuating Circumstances

In cases of extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances, we may cancel or reschedule. You will receive a full refund or priority rescheduling in these cases.
