Yes, setup and breakdown are included in your package time. We arrive early to set up and handle all takedowns afterward to ensure a smooth experience.

We’re based in Savannah but can travel to nearby areas. Additional travel fees may apply. Contact us to discuss your specific event location!

With any package, you’ll get a gallery link to share with guests. Photos can also be shared instantly to social media when WiFi is available, or with our optional hotspot add-on.

Yes, we provide a variety of fun and themed props with each package! We make sure you have everything needed to create memorable photos.

Yes, we require a non-refundable deposit of 25% to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event. You can find more details below on our cancellation policy.

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your event, please contact us as soon as possible. Our deposit is non-refundable, but we will work with you to find a new date if needed.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:
Thank you for booking with Picture Wagon!
We know plans can change, so here’s what you need to know:
1. Cancellations
30+ Days Before Event: Full refund, minus the non-refundable booking fee.
15-30 Days Before Event: 50% refund minus the non-refundable booking fee.
14 Days or Less Before Event: No refund.
2. Non-Refundable Booking Fee
A 25% non-refundable booking fee is required at booking to secure your date.
3. Extenuating Circumstances
In cases of extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances, we may cancel or reschedule. You will receive a full refund or priority rescheduling in these cases.
