Picture Wagon Event Waiver & Photo Release

By participating in the Picture Wagon photo booth experience, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

I understand that participation in the Picture Wagon photo booth is voluntary. I assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to tripping hazards, lighting effects, and use of props. I release Picture Wagon, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or loss arising from my participation.

2. Photo & Video Release

I grant Picture Wagon permission to capture, use, and share my images, videos, and likeness for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes. I understand that I will not receive compensation for the use of these images. If I do not wish to be photographed, I will notify Picture Wagon staff before participating.

3. Personal Property

I acknowledge that Picture Wagon is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings while using the photo booth services.

4. Conduct & Safety

I agree to use the photo booth responsibly and follow all posted guidelines. Picture Wagon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in disruptive or unsafe behavior.

5. Agreement & Signature

By signing below (or electronically accepting), I acknowledge that I have read and understood this waiver and agree to its terms.
